you will be working as part of the IT Help Desk team to assist in providing technical support for the employees. you will also be needed to assist with problems over the phone, so good communications skills are required. you may also need to travel and stay away from home for a couple of days so a full drivers licence is required.
During the contract period you will be educated to SQA Higher Level or equivalent with a comprehensive knowledge of PCs and Microsoft products and an understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
